How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–4 business days, and you'll get a tracking email as soon as yours is on the way. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check order status anytime by signing into your account.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I start a return?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Email shop.desireofficial@gmail.com with your order number, or sign into your account and request a return from your Orders page. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
Is there a size guide?
Yes — every product page has a Size Guide section with a full measurement chart.
Do the velcro patches fit any Desire item?
Patches come in two sizes — Large for the Hoodie, and Small for the Sweatpants and Shirt. Each product page automatically shows the correct size.
Will sold-out items restock?
Sometimes. Use the notify form on the product page and we'll email you the moment it's back.
