Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at shop.desireofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Velcro patches Each garment includes one free Desire velcro patch. If you return a garment, the free patch that came with it must be returned too, or its retail price will be deducted from your refund. Patches purchased separately follow the same 14-day, unused-condition policy.
Exchanges Need a different size or color? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll exchange it, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a refund instead.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and it can take 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post it.
Non-returnable items Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery can't be returned.

Products and pricing We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly. Discounts and promotions Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, can't be applied to past orders, and have no cash value. The free velcro patch offer applies to one patch per garment purchased and may be changed or ended at any time.
Accuracy of billing and account information You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update it if it changes, so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Returns Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property All content on this site, including the Desire and DZIR names, logos, graphics, designs, and product images, belongs to Desire and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
Third-party tools and links Our store is hosted on Shopify and may link to third-party sites or services. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
Prohibited uses You may not use the site to violate any law, infringe our or others' intellectual property, upload malicious code, harass others, submit false information, or interfere with the site's security or operation.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time Orders ship within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During drops and restocks, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping rates US orders ship for a flat rate, shown at checkout. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime from your account.
Delivery issues Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us at shop.desireofficial@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
