Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to limitations on quantities available for purchase, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to the following conditions:

One code per order. Only one discount code may be applied to an order unless otherwise stated.
No retroactive use. Discount codes cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
No cash value. Discount codes and promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complimentary patches. The complimentary velcro patch offer applies to one patch per garment purchased and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Services. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
