Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Processing
Orders ship within 1–4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During drops and restocks, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
- Orders under $75: flat rate, shown at checkout
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime by signing into your account.
Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, email shop.desireofficial@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
